When Apollo School moved into temporary facilities, the school faced a unique challenge. The new environment lacked the permanent AV infrastructure typically found in modern educational spaces, yet teachers still needed reliable technology to support engaging and effective learning experiences.

The school required a solution that could be deployed quickly, moved easily between spaces, and used without extensive technical training. In addition to daily classroom teaching, the solution needed to support school events, presentations, performances, and shared learning activities in spaces that were not originally designed for these purposes.

Most importantly, the technology had to reduce complexity rather than add to it. Teachers needed a system that would allow them to focus on teaching instead of troubleshooting equipment.

Simple Technology That Allows Teachers to Focus on Learning

Apollo School selected Artome as an all-in-one AV solution that combined projection, sound, wireless presentation capabilities, and mobility in a single device.

The system was deployed quickly, allowing teaching activities to begin immediately after the move to temporary facilities. Because Artome does not require permanent installation, teachers could easily move the device between classrooms and common areas, adapting learning spaces to different educational needs throughout the day.

Artome enabled teachers to deliver visually rich lessons using videos, images, presentations, and digital content while benefiting from high-quality sound and a large projected image. The simplicity of the system minimized setup time and reduced technical barriers, supporting both teaching efficiency and teacher wellbeing.

Beyond the classroom, Artome also provided a flexible platform for school events and performances. Spaces such as the school lobby could be transformed into presentation and event venues within minutes, without the need for separate projectors, sound systems, or complex AV installations.
