Heading to the international arenas
September 2006, a slightly rainy evening, the bright lights of the Helsinki Olympic Stadium, the men's 1500 meters, the final event of the track and field event, 30,000 spectators in the stadium, over a million Finns in front of the televisions, thousands of hours of training as a professional and now we would decide the track and field event that lasted the whole weekend.
