FAQ

Common questions answered.

Artome S1 and S2 are optimised for specific Epson models (listed in the spec sheet). Artome X10 supports Panasonic VMZ and VMQ Series and X20 supports Epson PU/PQ Series. Using a non-listed projector may work but is not officially supported.

Yes — that’s the core idea. Artome is mounted on wheels and designed to be rolled between spaces. The power cable is the only connection needed. Setup in a new room takes under 5 minutes.

Artome does not include a built-in projector by default. Instead, it is designed as a fully integrated AV furniture solution that houses and enhances a compatible projector of your choice.

Each Artome unit combines high-quality audio, built-in amplification, connectivity, power management, and a structured mounting system into one seamless device. The projector is selected separately to match your specific needs, whether that is brightness, throw ratio, or resolution.

This approach ensures flexibility while maintaining the simplicity of a single, unified system. Artome solutions are tested and optimized with selected projector models, and we are happy to recommend suitable options based on your space and use case.

HybridDock is an integrated USB hub and audio interface included in the S2, X10, and X20 models. It allows connected USB devices to pass through directly to a computer while converting analog microphone signals into digital audio for seamless use in hybrid and conferencing environments. It enables versatile integrations and makes it easy to stream presentations, events, or teaching to remote participants.

Firmware updates are performed via the Artome Connect App. Updating the firmware enables the latest features and ensures optimal performance of your Artome device. Artome does not modify projector firmware.

Artome products come with a standard 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery. You can extend the warranty to 5 years by registering your product within 6 months of delivery.

What is covered?

The warranty covers the Artome solution itself, including its integrated electronics, audio system, and firmware. If a defect is confirmed, Artome may repair the product, replace the defective part, or provide a refund for the affected component.

What is not covered?

  • Projectors. These are covered by the projector manufacturer’s own warranty
  • Third-party accessories or peripherals
  • Normal wear and tear such as surface changes or textile aging
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or incorrect use
  • Certain wear parts, such as castors, fabrics, hinges, and mechanical components, are covered by a 2-year limited warranty.

Important to know

  • The product must be used indoors and according to Artome guidelines
  • Warranty service is handled through your original dealer or distributor
  • The warranty does not restart or extend after service
  • Defects must be reported within 30 days of discovery
