Instructions how you can adjust the image height of your Artome product. The adjustments vary depending on the device model.
Image Lift function raises the projected image digitally by shrinking it from the bottom up. Note that if you compensate the smaller image by moving the device backwards, this results in decreased image quality.
Image adjustments on X-series devices uses optics and lenses to adjust the image.
HW23x
Artome S-series
- With your Artome powered on, long-press FREEZE button to activate the Image Lift function.
- Freeze button starts blinking to indicate active Image Lift mode.
- Use VOL+ and VOL- buttons to adjust the image height.
- The image rises higher as it shrinks.
- Artome device can be moved backwards to enlarge the image but this decreases image quality.
- Exit Image Lift by pressing FREEZE button again or wait for automatic time out.

Artome M10
- With your Artome powered on, long-press FREEZE button to activate the Image Lift function.

- Use VOL+ and VOL- buttons to adjust the image height.

Artome X10
- Open the front door to access the projector angle adjustment.
- Turn both adjustment knobs counter-clockwise to release the locking mechanism.
- Adjust the projector to desired angle by moving both adjustment knobs up or down simultaneously.
- Turn the knobs clockwise to lock the projector to desired angle.
- Additionally, use the projector’s lens shift knobs located behind the lens latch to adjust the image position.
Artome X20
- Long-press freeze button on your Artome Remote to open the lens adjustments menu.
- The menu has three sections: focus, lens shift and zoom.
- Use the direction buttons to adjust the lens settings. Use the middle button or freeze to move between the sections.
- Exit the lens adjustment menu by pressing the menu or back button of the remote.
- You can also use the Epson remote to adjust the lens settings.
HW20
Artome M10
- With your Artome powered on, press the FREEZE button to activate the Image Lift function.
- The image will freeze if there is active signal from any HDMI input.
- Use VOL+ and VOL- buttons to adjust the image height.
- You will notice that the image shrinks as it rises higher.
- Artome device can be moved backwards to enlarge the image but this decreases image quality.
- Exit Image Lift mode by pressing FREEZE button again

Artome X20
- Use Epson remote to adjust the lens settings.
- Use Lens Shift function to adjust the image height.
