Pairing Artome Remote

Artome Remote pairing instructions.

Note that all remotes delivered with a device are already paired at the factory.

Instructions

1. Start with your Artome device on standby or powered on.
2. If you’re replacing a broken or lost remote, you have to perform a factory reset to be able to pair a new remote.
3. On the Artome button panel, press PAUSE button for 5 seconds. The button LED starts blinking.
4. On the remote, keep Audio Only and AV Mute buttons pressed for 2 seconds.
5. Artome button panel indicates successful pairing with VOL + and VOL – button LEDs.
6. Test the remote.

Additional information

If there are issues with the pairing process, reinsert the remote batteries and start over. If issues continue, power cycle your Artome device.

Only one remote can be paired to each Artome device at a time. If there was another remote paired to your Artome device before, you have to perform a factory reset in order to pair a new remote.
