Performing a Factory Reset

Please note that the factory reset sets all device settings to their factory default configuration.

HW23x devices

1. Power cycle the device. The reset needs to be performed within 2 minutes after plugging in the power.
2. Wait until the button panel startup sequence is finished and all the button LEDs have turned off
3. Press POWER button for 30 seconds
4. All button LEDs illuminate simultaneously to indicate a successful reset.
   
   

Additional information

Factory reset doesn’t affect projector settings. The projector settings can be reset to defaults according to the projector manufacturer’s instructions.

If projector settings have been reset, power cycle your Artome device and then turn it on by pressing the POWER button to activate the automatic projector provisioning feature.

HW2x devices

1. Power cycle the device. The device returns to its default state at the start of every power cycle.
