Updating the firmware enables the latest features and ensures optimal performance of your Artome device. The update is performed with the Artome Connect app.
Checking the firmware version
You can check your current firmware version from the Info tab on the Artome Connect app.
Update Instructions
- Make sure your Artome device is on standby or powered on.
- Download and install the Artome Connect app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Proceed by pairing with your device
- Navigate to Settings tab > Three dots > Firmware update
- Press the Check for Updates button. The app will notify you if a new update is available.
- Start the update process by pressing Update Now.
- The update process takes about 3 minutes. You can track the progress from the app. Do not leave the firmware update menu during the update.
Unable to update?
If the update is interrupted or didn’t succeed, the system reverts back to the previous firmware on next power cycle. If the update didn’t succeed, power cycle your device and start over.
